A bad day in hell!

A bad day can be a bad day. Memories haunt and can seriously be a pain in the ass.

Will they ever go?

My experience is this. Create new memories and I mean to the max.

Now this is your responsibility and your partners. You both need to be interested and focused and engaging.

If all we do is sit in silence starring at our phones then we are destined to become nothing more that flat mates.

It is time to face the truth and recognise to hard work that is needed in successful relationships.
